Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 admin experience
\n\t\u00a0Background in real estate preferred but not essential \u2013 understanding of industry terms is an advantage
\n\tStrong proficiency in MS Word & Excel
\n\tExcellent client liaison and communication skills
\n\tA \u201cgo-getter\u201d attitude with strong initiative
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable vehicle essential<\/p>\n
Duties will include but not limited to :<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Support brokers by managing email correspondence and \u00a0 admin tasks
\n\tComplete templated contracts, LOIs, and other documentation
\n\tUpload and manage listings on marketing portals like Property24, Lightstone, etc.
\n\tLiaise professionally with clients and internal teams
\n\tBe resourceful and solution-oriented \u2014 they value out-of-the-box thinkers!<\/p>\n
