and undertake a cost analysis of said new business plan;<br \/>\n\tDesign a potential implementation strategy for the laboratory merger, including:<br \/>\n\tConsideration towards compliance and regulatory oversight;\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLaboratory quality systems in accordance with SANAS requirements;<br \/>\n\tFinancial and procurement management including integrated debtors \u00a0control\/management for the laboratories;<br \/>\n\tCoordination within the LIMS arm of the VetView software for laboratory operations;<br \/>\n\tDesign the flow between sample reception and the laboratories;<br \/>\n\tAdvice on staffing and other resource needs for the Unit;<br \/>\n\tAdvice on general administration requirements of the Unit; and<br \/>\n\tCreate a marketing strategy for the business unit.<\/p>\n<p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p>\tA relevant Honours-degree in laboratory science or a related field;<br \/>\n\tSix years\u2019 experience \u00a0in strategic laboratory management of which two years should \u00a0include experience in managing staff, including administrative and technical staff;<br \/>\n\tExperience with financial management;<br \/>\n\tHigh-level liaison with internal and external stakeholders;<br \/>\n\tExperience in establishing and managing collaborations\/partnerships;
