Educational Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA National Senior Certificate (Matric);
\n\tNational N Diploma \/ National Diploma in Management Assistant\/ Public Management or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years’ experience in the administration field;
\n\tValid driver’s licence;
\n\tKnowledge of ITS will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Duties<\/p>\n
\tRender administrative support services;
\n\tDraw up a campus enrolment plan for both NCV and report 19;
\n\tGather department information and compile a report for A-team and Campus Management;
\n\tPrepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence;
\n\tAdminister and coordinate Human Resource services;
\n\tCoordinate leave forms and submit to central office;
\n\tCoordinate PMDS documents and submit to central office;
\n\tMonitor the attendance register for staff;
\n\tProvide procurement services;
\n\tRecommend purchase requisitions to campus manager;
\n\tReceive goods and services;
\n\tFollow-up on campus requisitions made;
\n\tMaintain proper filing systems for all campus staff;
\n\tFiling all documentation according to QMS requirements and national archive act;
\n\tAdminister student registration and examination process;
\n\tAssist in the registration of students;
\n\tStore student portfolios of evidence and student records;
\n\tCoordinate the student registration process and coordinate the examination process.<\/p>\n
