What you’ll do<\/p>\n
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.<\/p>\n
\tShare accurate information about products, help customers choose, and show how to use them
\n\tSolve customer problems and make sure customers are happy with the service
\n\tGreet customers, offer help, and answer questions with a positive and friendly attitude
\n\tTell customers about sales and special offers to make shopping better
\n\tEnsure customer satisfaction through excellent service
\n\tHandle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and process refunds and exchanges correctly
\n\tReceive deliveries, organize products, and keep track of stock
\n\tPut products on shelves neatly and make sure they are always available
\n\tQuickly restock items that are sold out
\n\tProperly dispose of store and storeroom waste and put it in the skip bin
\n\tAssist with stock takes
\n\tFollow safety, security, and environmental rules, policies, and procedures, including what to do in emergencies
\n\tCleaning of designated areas such as storeroom, kitchen etc.<\/p>\n
