What are we looking for?<\/p>\n
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and \/or skillsets:<\/p>\n
\tHonours Degree in Education (recommended) or related field.
\n\tEight years of experience in a management position at an educational institution of which at least five years must be as Head of the institution.
\n\tKnowledge of Primary and High School curriculum (CAPS and IEB).
\n\tAbility to lead and nurture young staff members.
\n\tExcellent management & leadership skills.
\n\tExperienced diversity manager.
\n\tSound and proven business acumen.
\n\tA passion for education and children.
\n\tAccepting and subscribing to the Christian values and ethos of the school.
\n\tProfound knowledge of the curriculum and related matters for all phases.
\n\tCurrent SACE registration.
\n\tStrategic thinking abilities.
\n\tExcellent communication skills.
\n\tClear criminal record.<\/p>\n

\tProven high-quality experience of business development and associated financial management.
\n\tMeticulous administration, planning and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
\n\tTact, sensitivity and the ability to handle confidential material with discretion.
\n\tAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
\n\tHigh degree of personal motivation, initiative, energy, creativity and drive.
\n\tAn interest and empathy with the ethos and aims of independent education.
\n\tWillingness to take an interest and become involved in all aspects of the life of the school.
\n\tAn ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
\n\tAn awareness of brand, image and style.
\n\tAbility to inform and influence with strong and persuasive communication skills.<\/p>\n
