\n\tThe position of a Fleet Sales Executive in Greytown, KZN has become available. The successful candidate will drive fleet vehicle sales for the dealership by actively sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships with corporate, government, and rental clients ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Fleet Sales Development:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and develop new fleet business opportunities with corporates, SMEs, government, and rental agencies.
\n\tConduct presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and prepare customized proposals and tenders.
\n\tMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for fleet sales as set by the dealership.<\/p>\n
Customer Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
\n\tEnsure client satisfaction and follow up on aftersales service and feedback.
\n\tManage a database of current and potential fleet clients, ensuring CRM records are up to date.<\/p>\n
Tender and Proposal Management:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and respond to fleet tenders from government and private entities.
\n\tPrepare and submit tenders in accordance with client and Toyota guidelines.<\/p>\n
Vehicle Delivery Coordination:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate with the finance, stock control, and workshop departments to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and delivery.
\n\tEnsure vehicles are delivered on time and meet customer specifications.<\/p>\n
Reporting and Administration:<\/p>\n
\tSubmit regular sales reports to management, including pipeline tracking and forecast updates.
\n\tMaintain proper documentation and compliance with Toyota SA and dealership procedures.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) required
\n\tSales\/Marketing or Business Diploma advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years in motor industry sales, with at least 1\u20132 years in fleet sales
\n\tExperience working with government or large corporate clients advantageous<\/p>\n
Skills and Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent negotiation and communication skills
\n\tStrong organizational and administrative skills
\n\tProfessional, presentable, and customer-focused
\n\tAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
\n\tValid South African driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tGood understanding of the motor industry and vehicle financing options
\n\tFamiliarity with Toyota vehicle range and specifications preferred
\n\tBasic understanding of fleet procurement and tender processes<\/p>\n
