Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tModernising and isolating the monolithic code base into maintainable chunks.
\n\tCreating performance- and cost-optimised services.
\n\tHelping to build AWS platform infrastructure with CDK, such as NodeJS\/Python Lambdas.
\n\tAssisting in refactoring the existing application.
\n\tWriting and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of moderately complex system components.
\n\tParticipating in development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
\n\tOperating in a Scrum based development environment while collaborating with stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tExperience working with modern React frameworks.
\n\tExperience with C#, SQL and the .Net Core Entity Framework.
\n\tExperience with AWS or similar cloud providers, including knowledge on running cost effective serverless architecture.
\n\tUnderstand Software Engineering techniques and processes.
\n\tStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience.
\n\tExperience with Python, JavaScript, Azure Pipelines, GraphQL (or similar API schemas) is desirable, but not essential.<\/p>\n
