RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Providing administrative service by:<\/p>\n
\tLiaising with Eswatini team with regards to cash payments and bank deposits
\n\tResolving outstanding COD queries and reporting current and dated outstanding COD\u2019s to the finance team
\n\tAssisting with advising delivery team of cash collections
\n\tInvoicing on Pastel for Vat
\n\tInvoicing on Freightware for ZZ11
\n\tEswatini bank reconciliation\u00a0
\n\tReporting bank deposits daily to Head Office
\n\tCashbook allocations
\n\tVAT register reconciliation
\n\tERS reconciliation
\n\tJD requests for account holder Vat
\n\tFollow up on outstanding COD\u2019s
\n\tFollow up on outstanding Vat.
\n\tResolving any customer queries
\n\tCustomer Vat statements<\/p>\n
Freighware & Ops system:<\/p>\n
\tReporting current and dated outstanding COD\u2019s to the Eswatini team daily
\n\tTracking & Tracing COD payments daily, liaise with Eswatini regarding outstanding payments
\n\tResolving COD queries<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 Minimum (Matric)
\n\tDriver\u2019s License Code 8 (unendorsed)
\n\tGeneral office experience \u2013 Industry specific experience is not a prerequisite but would be an advantage.
\n\tComputer literate – Basic understanding of Freightware or similar management system required
\n\tMicrosoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
\n\tAbility to work under pressure the majority of the time
\n\tAbility to work unsupervised the majority of the time
\n\tAbility to communicate both verbally and written on all levels \u2013 both internally and externally
\n\tAbility to work overtime as and when required due to client needs and requirements of the company
\n\tGood time management \u2013 ability to meet specific deadlines
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tExcellent listening skills
\n\tSelf-motivated and reliable
\n\tPresentable and of a professional manner at all times
\n\tTeam player
