Requirements
\nEducation<\/p>\n
\t3 Year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t8 years in the food and beverage industry of which at least 3 years’ experience in a management role within the food and beverage environment.
\n\tExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
\n\tProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
\n\tDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
\n\tExperience leading and managing teams<\/p>\n

\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.

\n\tF&B and Rooms Standard operating procedures
