Description<\/p>\n
\tDesign and develop digital solutions that meet the organization’s objective;
\n\tMaintain and optimise existing digital solutions;
\n\tDevelop solutions that bring about innovations and continuous improvements;
\n\tProvide creativity and out of the box thinking to solutions;
\n\tExecute goals and tasks prioritised in the digital innovation roadmap;
\n\tDetermine the business requirements, document and liaise with the technical team for execution;
\n\tDocument processes and guides with the goal to build a knowledge base;
\n\tLead small projects or key tasks in larger projects;
\n\tCoordinate project activities assigned;
\n\tPerform testing on releases, version upgrades and project implementations;
\n\tDetermine test cases required for full end-to-end testing;
\n\tOn time delivery of solutions;
\n\tAssist with the Design processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, saving time, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained;
\n\tFunction as the interface between the business and Innovation delivery teams;
\n\tFulfil a cross-functional role by engaging and facilitating effective communication flow between business units and inter-departmental;
\n\tTrain staff for new processes\/solutions and provide instructions and manuals.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12;
\n\tB.Eng Industrial Engineering (Essential);
\n\tHonours Industrial Engineering (Advantageous);
\n\t2-5years experience in Digital Solutions;
\n\tProject Management experience (Advantageous);
\n\tProduct Management (Advantageous);
\n\tIT projects and Digital solutions experience (Preferred);
\n\tKnowledge of mathematical modelling, simulation modelling and optimization;
\n\tKnowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problem;
\n\tMust be passionate and knowledgeable about digital innovations.<\/p>\n
