MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
SALES MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tNew customer management
\n\tSource and onboard new customers.
\n\tActively seek out and identify potential customers or clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
\n\tEnsure achievement of sales targets.
\n\tIdentify sales targets per customer.
\n\tDevelop strategies to address sales requirements.
\n\tManage and grow existing customer accounts.
\n\tIdentify and recover lost sales through effective sales strategies.
\n\tManage back-orders weekly.
\n\tAnalyze customers’ sales history and identify sales opportunities.
\n\tDrive growth of systems sales in line with targets.
\n\tAchieve gross profit percentage (GP%) targets.
\n\tAnalyze the market and identify improvement and opportunity areas.
\n\tIdentify customers not buying or stopped purchasing and increase their engagement.
\n\tIdentify and strategize bringing new clients on board.
\n\tMonitor client requirements and identify opportunities to sell innovative products.
\n\tEnsure sufficient depth of relationships within Key Accounts to promote continuity and growth.
\n\tImplement solutions that deliver value and business outcomes for key clients.
\n\tConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the products or services being sold.
\n\tManage and maintain pricing in line with company requirements.<\/p>\n
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING<\/p>\n
\tComplete sales and demand forecasts and analyze actual sales for different market segments monthly.
\n\tPrepare sales performance reports and sales analysis.
\n\tGenerate customer visit reports and weekly call reports.
\n\tPrepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
\n\tCoordinate stock arrangements with other branches or procurement if stock is insufficient.
\n\tCommunicate pipeline orders or exceptional purchases to the Branch Manager and Procurement.
\n\tReview credit limits, request payments as required, and coordinate with the Debtors department.
\n\tComplete credit and COD applications with clients as required.<\/p>\n
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent.
\n\tValid Drivers\u2019 license.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t2 years\u2019 experience in a similar position.
\n\t8 years\u2019 experience in a sales environment.<\/p>\n
