Invoicing<\/p>\n
\tKeep client information details up-to-date.
\n\tCreate and send invoices and statements to clamaints.
\n\tCheck data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
\n\tTrack payments and ensure that the cash flow into the company is profitable and does not result in losses for the organisation.
\n\tReport issues or irregularities where necessary.
\n\tFix billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
\n\tInitiating new procedures for billing where gaps are identififed.
\n\tRecover any outstanding debts owed to the organisation as a resut of over or double payment.
\n\tProvide payout progress.
\n\tCategorise received Invoices by type.
\n\tValidate the details of supplier claim or supplier invoice.
\n\tValidate the expert invoice and expert details.
\n\tConduct duplicate checks on all invoices before issueing.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that invoicing processes are implemented and maintained at the highest standards.
\n\tMaintain the implementation of an unusual occurrence procedures<\/p>\n
Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tDeal with\/and respond to correspondence.
\n\tProduce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
\n\tAssist with typing and editing briefs, technical papers, letters to various parties, and memos.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tTrack and report against set objectives and targets.
\n\tReport on emerging risks.
\n\tProvide ad hoc reports on process improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain healthy relationships with all stakeholders.
\n\tFollow up and feedback to all stakeholders to keep them updated on the status of a query.
\n\tRespond to queries within the predefined turnaround times.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree\/Advanced Diploma in a Finance related qualification.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tRelevant 3 years\u2019 experience in a invoicing or accounting related environment.<\/p>\n
