Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve monthly vehicle sales and profit targets (retail and auction).
\n\tProspect and follow up on leads using Salesforce CRM.
\n\tHandle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally.
\n\tConduct test drives and vehicle presentations.
\n\tBuild strong relationships with individual buyers and motor traders.
\n\tEnsure all documentation complies with FICA, CPA, and internal policies.
\n\tMaintain showroom standards and stock readiness.
\n\tWork closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) to finalize deals.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2+ years in vehicle sales\u00a0
\n\tStrong knowledge and skills of cars, values, and the buying process.
\n\tCRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
\n\tConfident, customer-focused, and target-driven.
\n\tMust be able to work Saturdays and occasional auction days.<\/p>\n
