Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, operating systems, and databases.\u00a0
\n\tPerform system updates, patches, backups, and optimizations to ensure reliability and performance.\u00a0
\n\tImplement, monitor and enforce security measures to protect the IT infrastructure.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor system logs, security alerts, and access controls to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.\u00a0
\n\tCreate and maintain documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting processes.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with industry standards, and company policies related to ICT.\u00a0
\n\tManage domain services, user accounts and access control in Active Directory.\u00a0
\n\tProvide administration of all ICT related projects.\u00a0
\n\tAudit system software and licensing to ensure compliance.\u00a0
\n\tEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system\/process efficiency.\u00a0
\n\tProduce monthly report on the operations of ICT.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Job requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent\u00a0
\n\tAdditional certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCITP, ITIL, CompTIA Network+) are advantageous\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 4 years working experience in Information Technology\u00a0
\n\tWorking experience in MS Servers\/MS 365\/N-Able RMM\/MS SQL Server\/Sophos Products\/MS SharePoint\u00a0
\n\tStrong knowledge of networking, including LAN\/WAN, AD, Firewalls, Routers, APs, Hyper-V and VPN<\/p>\n
