Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tFinancial analysis of companies in target, analysis will include maintaining and updating comparable company trading analysis and transaction analysis
\n\tAssume responsibility for monitoring targeted clients in terms of news and announcements
\n\tSupport on transactions across the banks products. \u00a0
\n\tSuch support may include maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence, managing working group lists and timetables
\n\tResearch on companies and industries and support on client initiatives including generating and developing new ideas to present
\n\tFormulate and develop client pitch-books and analysis in addition to supporting other bankers within the team
\n\tBuild direct cross functional relationships with bankers in product and regional business units
\n\tAssist with KYC and client onboarding activity
\n\tProvide support in the credit, risk and GLP approval processes \u2013 including assisting with drafting of approval memos and related materials and background work.
\n\tBuild a deep understanding of the clients business.
\n\tDevelop relationships within the CBK-SA client universe
\n\tMeeting preparation and logistics coordination<\/p>\n

\n\tFluency in English is essential
\n\tEducated to Honours degree level (preferably in a numerical discipline such as engineering, economics, actuarial science or finance etc.)<\/p>\n
