\tEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
\n\tPrepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
\n\tProvide strategic financial advice to business unit leaders to support business planning and decision-making processes.
\n\tCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company\u2019s objectives.
\n\tMonitor and analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
\n\tDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
\n\tConduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance against budget and forecasts.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and across business units.
\n\tImplement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
\n\tParticipate in or lead cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise and strategic insights.
\n\tSupport business units in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.

Qualification & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a business partnering capacity.
\n\tExperience in short-term insurance accounting and experience in working with coaching and developing team members<\/p>\n
