You will have access to brilliant business leaders and colleagues locally and in a truly global and diverse culture to ultimately become a better you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you are able to:<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the SEA marketing manager in the growth agenda of the Foods Business Group across Southern African Countries which include Botswana, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique, DRC, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius and Zambia \u2013 regular travel into these markets for customer\/consumer engagements is a pre-requisite.<br \/>\n\tSupport the SEA marketing manager to drive growth and brand power of the Royco Master brand, innovation and renovation agenda of Royco in South East Africa.<br \/>\n\tOperate at a high level of autonomy optimising our plans to meet the changing requirements of customer, consumer and business needs.<br \/>\n\tSupport the SEA marketing manager in developing the growth strategy and ensuring execution thereof.<\/p>\n<p>Then this job is for you<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n<p>Job Scope:<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00a0Drive the value &amp; volume led growth agenda on the respective brand by leading Innovations, managing BLG campaigns based on category growth principles<br \/>\n\tFocus on incremental future growth opportunities, as well as management of existing core business<br \/>\n\tEnd to end P&amp;L responsibility, including S&amp;OP management<br \/>\n\tBudget (BMI) management to be vigorously controlled to ensure full delivery of projects<br \/>\n\tLeadership of several Innovation Projects \u2013 e.g. development of new mixes \/ launch into new categories etc.<br \/>\n\tLeadership \/ support of NRM or SC Activity Requests: e.g. introduction of new pack sizes \/ formats for existing mixes<br \/>\n\tDeveloping &amp; executing Inspiring brand communications in partnership with creative agencies<br \/>\n\tLeading Integrated Brand Planning Process (annual IBP)<br \/>\n\tManagement of SEA digital strategy and ecomm<\/p>\n<p>Key Relationships:<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain ongoing relationship with regional BT &amp; ALT, mktg, finance, CMI, R&amp;D, SC, customer and planning teams to secure optimal outputs &amp; deliverables<br \/>\n\tCoordination of periodic updates to BT &amp; ALT for cross functional lead alignment<br \/>\n\tEnable the coordination of the various sources of CMI data available to ensure holistic insights and sharp needs are developed.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the Net Revenue Management (NRM) team to assess and operationalise opportunities in partnership with brand and customer teams.<\/p>\n<p>Experiences &amp; Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tDegree in Marketing, Business and \/ or Commerce<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 2 years in Marketing, Branding and Digital Marketing experience<\/p>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tProject leadership and business acumen<br \/>\n\tStrong numeracy skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to deliver operationally, while thinking ahead of the long-term growth strategy<br \/>\n\tCross-functional relationship management: Agencies, Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business Partners<br \/>\n\tStrong levels of growth and ownership mindset \u2013 a self-starter with a winning and competitive mindset<br \/>\n\tBias for action and drive \u2013 willingness to get things done with speed &amp; efficiency, and comfortable working independently to deliver agreed goals<br \/>\n\tConsumer and customer focus \u2013 curiosity, ability to uncover relevant insights and translate these into actionable plans<br \/>\n\tRigour and order \u2013 ability to identify important issues and work through complex problems in an accurate and in-depth way.<br \/>\n\tA deep seeded passion for exploding the nutrition category and marketing with a purpose with the consumer always top of mind<\/p>\n<p>Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
