What will you do?<\/p>\n
\tManages individuals within a team e.g. call centre agents \/ consultants within the communication centre. Ensures that the team reaches target by monitoring individual performance on a constant basis. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products, processes and systems. Mentors team and gives constant real-time support in terms of query resolution.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/Standard 10\/NQF 4\/Matric
\n\tRelevant FAIS and RE qualification\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years in the short-term sales environment\u00a0<\/p>\n
