Job Description<\/p>\n
To deliver Automotive Retail objectives in line with the VAF and PBB SA strategies. To build partnership with joint ventures and alliances and to manage a portfolio of dealer groups.<\/p>\n
\tDefine, implement and deliver the Automotive Retail objectives and coordinates across the value chain.
\n\tProvide Automotive Retail products and related services requirements to VAF Business Enablement for build and operationalisation thereof.
\n\tIdentify and negotiate appropriate dealer, dealer group, alliances and joint ventures partnerships.
\n\tKeep abreast of industry trends and macro challenges and adjusts Automotive Retail\u2019s response accordingly.
\n\tDrive excellent consistent customer experience as gauged through the Net Promoter Score.
\n\tProvide input into the Human Capital People Plan for VAF in alignment with PBB People & Culture (e.g., talent strategy).
\n\tIdentify current and potential employee skill requirements for Automotive Retail in collaboration with the VAF Human Capital function.
\n\tEnsure that employees are empowered with relevant Automotive Retail skills and capabilities to execute their role.
\n\tDetermine and guide performance and associated award in Automotive Retail in consultation with VAF Human Capital.
\n\tEnsure alignment to the PBB People & Culture\u00a0standards with regards to all Automotive Retail employee-related matters.
\n\tIn consultation with VAF Risk and PBB Risk, define the Automotive Retail risk framework and appetite.
\n\tSet risk control procedures and governance related to Automotive Retail in conjunction with VAF Risk.
\n\tIn conjunction with VAF Business Enablement, define the Automotive Retail operational risk assessment standards; monitor adherence and drive closure of all remediation actions.
\n\tAccountable for and own the income statement and financial outcomes for Automotive Retail.
\n\tMonitor implementation of agreed financial outcomes and ensure that remedial actions are implemented.
\n\tEnsure that social, economic and environmental initiatives are embedded in Automotive Retail, the culture and ways of working(e.g. financial inclusion, job creation and enterprise development, infrastructure, education skills and development, and employee development training).<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n

\nField of Study:\u00a0Business Commerce
\nExperience Required
\nMore than 10 years<\/p>\n
\tSignificant experience within the automotive industry managing a variety of dealer \/ supplier group relationships. Experience in setting up and leading Joint Venture or Alliance partnerships.<\/p>\n
