Manager: GP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<p>Provide Leadership and direction in the Province<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure continuous improvement within the province.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse the provincial statistics and communicate findings to regional manager.<br \/>\n\tEnsure communication with other provinces to breach gaps in provincial performance.<br \/>\n\tConsolidate all the reports received within the province and compile quarterly reports.<br \/>\n\tEnsure provincial quarterly reports are communicated to all cidb functions within the province.<br \/>\n\tEnsure projects are implemented in accordance to the policies and provincial report.<br \/>\n\tEnsure quality and quick turn-around times within regulations.<br \/>\n\tOversee customer care for registration within the province.<br \/>\n\tOversee the Regulation Function in the Province<br \/>\n\tOversee the implementation of the registration processes and other registrars.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse the information received in the compliance report.<br \/>\n\tEnsure and oversee compliance with the mandate and cidb standards.<\/p>\n<p>Implement non-compliance penalties.<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitoring the operation function to ensure cidb standards are upheld.<br \/>\n\tOversee and communicate the provincial supply and demand of all tools to the cidb head office.<br \/>\n\tOversee the registration report of all sites and communicate with the Regional manager.<br \/>\n\tOversee that data collection and management is in line with the cidb business plan and standards.<\/p>\n<p>Procurement and Development<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure and oversee that procurement and development standards are communicated to clients and monitored.<br \/>\n\tOversee implementation of procurement and development standards according to the operational plan.<br \/>\n\tCompile an analysis report on the implementation of standards and analyse and reports how standards are implemented and the impact on provincial performance.<br \/>\n\tOversee compliance with standard, mandate and operational plan with implementation of projects.<\/p>\n<p>Operational Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and manage risks in area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely budgeting, monitoring, variance analysis and reporting<br \/>\n\tEnsure the regions assets are managed, maintained and kept safely.<br \/>\n\tWeigh up financial implications of propositions and align expenditure to cash flow projections.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and control the budget of the region.<br \/>\n\tEvaluate and monitor all unit expenditure.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all expenses incurred by the region are in line with the requirements and are accounted for.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that there is expense control exercise within the region.<br \/>\n\tReconcile unit monthly expenditure report received from finance.<\/p>\n<p>Risk and Financial Management<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and manage risks in area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely Development Plans for subordinates and ensure implementation.<br \/>\n\tDiscipline subordinate as and when necessary in accordance with cidb policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>\tEducation Requirements:\u00a0Minimum qualification in Business\/Public Administration\/Management (NQF Level 7 equivalent) or equivalent qualification<br \/>\n\tExperience:\u00a06 years experience in business\/public management with 2 years experience in middle management.\u00a0Code B motor vehicle license advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company
