\tThe Learning and Development Coordinator will provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives and ensure compliance with South African labour legislation through accurate HR recordkeeping, SETA submissions, and audit preparation. This role supports the HR team in fulfilling reporting obligations under the Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, and B-BBEE framework.<\/p>\n

\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Learning and Development Administration:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the coordination of internal and external training programmes, including bookings, logistics, and attendance tracking.
\n\tMaintain updated training records and employee development plans on HR systems.
\n\tSupport the preparation and submission of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to relevant SETAs.
\n\tAdminister learnerships, internships, and bursary programmes to support skills development and B-BBEE targets.
\n\tCompile and file training evaluations and feedback reports.
\n\tHelp prepare documentation for training audits and SETA verifications.<\/p>\n
HR Audit and Compliance Administration:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure employee files and records are accurate, updated, and stored in line with POPIA and audit standards.
\n\tAssist in preparing and updating compliance reports, including Employment Equity (EE) Reports and B-BBEE evidence files.
\n\tCoordinate logistics and documentation for Employment Equity Committee meetings.
\n\tSupport internal audits by compiling requested HR documentation and tracking findings\/resolutions.
\n\tMaintain records related to statutory reporting: UIF, SARS (PAYE), SDL, COIDA, etc.
\n\tMonitor compliance checklists and update HR dashboards for reporting.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tNational Diploma in Human Resource Management \/ Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
\n\tETDP SETA short course or understanding
\n\t2+ years in an HR administrative or compliance role
\n\tExperience working with HR systems
\n\tExposure to SETA reporting or B-BBEE verification processes<\/p>\n
