\tAssist passengers with ticket sales, bookings and flight changes including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations and procedures as and when required
\n\tAssist customers when there are flight disruptions and\/or cancellations
\n\tHandle and safeguard of confidential information
\n\tAddress any complaints in a professional and timeous manner
\n\tEscalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty
\n\tProvide professional Customer service at all times.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent
\n\tAirport and ticket sales experience
\n\tAble and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts, as and when required
\n\tGood knowledge and understanding of a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
\n\tExcellent understanding of delivering great customer service
\n\tExcellent written and verbal command of the English language including proper phone etiquette
\n\tConflict resolution skills.<\/p>\n
