\tResponsible for planning, managing and directing Cisco platforms which provides company technologies, systems and processes to customers to enable them to gain competitive advantage.\u00a0
\n\tWill manage client relationships at a senior management level.
\n\tWill be responsible for negotiating with clients and responsible for ensuring project delivery by directing the activities Specialist Engineers.<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tManage change, constantly reviewing design and responding to optimisation changes.
\n\tMonitor and control the network to ensure its day-to-day stability.
\n\tManage problems and assist with support functions
\n\tContribute to the research and assessment of new technologies as well as customer needs.
\n\tMonitor service levels and contribute to the development of standards and specifications.
\n\tTest systems and keep records of technical details on network design, implementation plans and capital projects.
\n\tSupport users and Support staff
\n\tAttend to IMACD\u2019s (Installation, Modification, Addition, Change, Delete)
\n\tProvide Network Administrator and Support
\n\tIntegrate Systems
\n\tVendor Engagement
\n\tCompile HLD, LLD, RCA\u2019s, Deployment Guides, Service Designs
\n\tEvaluate Product Roadmaps and provide input to Strategy and align to Best Practices.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma in Information Technology

\n\tRelevant IT certification<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t10+ years\u2019 experience in network engineering, of which 2 years at a senior level\u00a0
\n\tAlternatively, 8 to 10 years\u2019 experience in network engineering, of which 2 to 3 years is at a senior management level.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tPreferred\/Advantageous Certifications:
\n\tCCIE (Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert)
\n\tHCIE
\n\tProfessional Memberships in Relevant Industry
\n\tLevel of Engagement & Span of Control
