\tHire Resolve’s client is looking for a IT Applications Executive to join their team in Centurion, GP. The Applications IT Executive will lead the strategic planning, governance, implementation, and support of \u00a0enterprise-wide IT applications (SAP & Non-SAP) to enable and support business objectives. The role will ensure optimal performance, innovation, and alignment of technology platforms with the company\u2019s digital and operational goal.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:\u00a0
\nStrategic Leadership<\/p>\n
\tDefine and implement the IT applications strategy aligned with business needs and digital transformation goals.
\n\tIdentify emerging technologies that enhance business value and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Application Portfolio Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee the lifecycle of all business applications, including ERP, MES, WMS, and other functional solutions.
\n\tEnsure application scalability, availability, security, and performance.<\/p>\n
Project Governance<\/p>\n
\tLead planning and execution of enterprise projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and scope.
\n\tEstablish project governance frameworks and metrics for success.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with functional leaders to capture requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
\n\tMaintain strong vendor relationships and manage application service providers.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Team Leadership<\/p>\n
\tBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing application support and development team.
\n\tDrive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Compliance & Risk<\/p>\n
\tEnsure application landscape complies with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tLead risk assessments and mitigation strategies for all application initiatives.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) will be advantageous
\n\tMinimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food industry.
\n\tProven experience delivering enterprise IT solutions and leading ERP (SAP) and non-SAP implementations.
\n\tDemonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\tIn-depth understanding of SAP ERP, supply chain and production systems, business intelligence, and integration platforms.
\n\tFamiliarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and data analytics.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills:<\/p>\n
\tStrong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/p>\n
