proven track record designing optimised dashboards.<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 2-3 years\u2019 experience in people operations or HR roles at mid-senior level with deep expertise in talent management processes and employee lifecycle workflows.<br \/>\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field; certification in HRIS systems or analytics tools (e.g., PL-300 or Tableau certification).<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to structure complex issues using both qualitative and quantitative analysis; adept at translating ideas into high-quality deliverables quickly.<br \/>\n\tExceptional communication skills\u2014able to convey complex concepts clearly via email or presentations tailored for diverse audiences.<br \/>\n\tHighly organised approach with strong attention to detail;
