XPECTATIONS AND TASKS
\nThis is a customer facing role where you will support the sales teams during the entire cycle of a Cloud deal. Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:<\/p>\n
\tPresent in detail technical and operational aspects of the RISE with SAP Private Cloud.
\n\tPresent the requirements and value proposition for SAP private cloud on hyperscalers like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
\n\tConduct technical assessment workshops with customers to define the future cloud architecture and plan the migration roadmap together with partners, System Integrators, and or SAP Professional Services.
\n\tGuide customers on non-functional capabilities such Business Continuity, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Networking, Technical Operations, and service consumption.\u00a0
\n\tWork with other teams within the Customer success board area to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.
\n\tOwn the technical discussions with the customer and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the SAP delivery organization as required.<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS \/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s \/ Master\u2019s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration required from an accredited university.
\n\tHigh proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required.
\n\tHigh proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.\u00a0
\n\tGood understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.).
\n\tGood understanding of operational aspects (Application and Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
\n\tGood understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS; MS Azure or GCP).
\n\tAbility and willingness to be part of a global team of Cloud Architects.
\n\tWillingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.
\n\tFluency in English is a MUST, other language(s) will be an asset.<\/p>\n
WORK EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t8+ years of customer facing SAP Consulting experience.
\n\t8+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture and or SAP implementation.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in a customer facing pre-sales role is an advantage.
\n\tExperience and\/or certification(s) with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure or GCP) and data centres is a big advantage.
\n\tCybersecurity & Compliance expertise.
\n\tSAP Application Lifecycle Management and or SAP Operations.
\n\tITSM, Service Design & Delivery. \u00a0
\n\tSAP HANA and S\/4 HANA skills would be very helpful.<\/p>\n
