WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n
\tMaintenance of Instrumentation and related equipment.
\n\tInstall, inspect, calibrate, service and maintain instruments up to and including component level.
\n\tTo interpret engineering design drawings, check for elementary errors and manufacturability and compile Bills of material for purchasing materials needed for maintenance and installation.
\n\tInstall and maintain instrument field devices.
\n\tTesting of the modules and loop checks.
\n\tTo maintain safe work procedures (monthly SHE inspection).
\n\tTo inspect, service, repair and overhaul field devices and ensure that machines are kept in good running conditions.
\n\tBasic PLC programming skill (Siemens)
\n\tTo assist electronic and electrical departments if and when required.<\/p>\n
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma Industrial Instrumentation.
\n\tGood insight in the step-by-step operations of machinery & processes.
\n\tGood knowledge & understanding of field devices used i.e., sensors, level sensing, pressures, temperatures, etc.
\n\tAbility to read and interpret technical drawings.
\n\tGood fault finding and trouble shooting skills
\n\tBe available for standby duties and overtime when and as needed.
\n\tMust be able to work under pressure.
\n\tInterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels.<\/p>\n
