Explosive into existing business process such as insurance audits, MUE\u2019s and Risk register<br \/>\n\tEstablish Group minimum standards for current and future mechanical equipment &amp; infrastructure and Integrating into the group\u2019s minimum standards framework including drawing up a roadmap and administration of Group mechanical minimum standards.<br \/>\n\tDrive Asset Management awareness and training for the Group and integrate asset management into existing business process.<br \/>\n\tStandardize methodologies and process for identifying and evaluating new mechanical equipment procurement and installations relevant to Group future acquisitions<br \/>\n\tDevelop Group minimum technical and safety standards in relation to mechanical equipment and infrastructure.<br \/>\n\tImplement the required governance and assurance for Asset Management, including\u00a0Standardising quality assurance and change management for safety, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical equipment.<br \/>\n\tServe as a trusted advisor and advocate for stakeholders within the organisation, ensuring their mechanical related challenges and opportunities are understood and addressed.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate cross-Asset communication and collaborative forums to ensure a cohesive approach to asset management is adoption.<br \/>\n\tConduct thorough analysis to identify and prioritise key asset management framework design requirements critical to enabling and sustaining Asset and Group strategic aspirations.<br \/>\n\tEstablishment of Group strategic sponsorship for the deployment of an Asset Integrity Group framework and portfolio of mechanical replacement programs through the business.<br \/>\n\tCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key technology providers and industry bodies through regular communication, engagement activities, and personalised interactions.<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding mechanical equipment including mobile machinery and infrastructure that will affect the organization&#8217;s operations.<\/p>\n<p>Key factors to your success include:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field and an Advanced degree preferred.<br \/>\n\tA proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 10 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in mining Asset Management (AM) with at least five years in a leadership role involved in Mechanical maintenance, engineering design and deployment of AM management framework in a mining operational environment is preferred.<br \/>\n\tAdvanced understanding of fixed and mobile mechanical design with practical on the job Asset Integrity and Fire including Explosive risk management.<br \/>\n\tAdvanced understanding of mining operations across the value stream with a strong understanding of risk management principles.<br \/>\n\tProven team abilities, including experience in working in cross-functional teams, developing budget requirements and projects management experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders at all levels.<br \/>\n\tExperience in\u00a0project management, capable of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders across the globe.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and practices preferred.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to\u00a0autonomously assess technology maturity, suitability and perform cost benefit analysis and business case to support the adoption of proposed solutions.<br \/>\n\tHighly\u00a0proficient in digital communication platforms and modern reporting tools.<br \/>\n\tExperience in collaborating with other functions to integrate reporting and communicating business needs and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.goldfields.co.za\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Gold Fields Limited","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.goldfields.co.za\/","_company_tagline":"Gold Fields Limited is an unhedged, globally diversified producer of gold with eight operating mines in Australia, Ghana, Peru and South Africa with attributable annual gold production of approximately 2.0 million ounces.
