Dealer support with incentive programs and promotional assistance and financial controls.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0Manage Truck Sales promotions where parts are involved<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tBi-daily Sales Forecast
\n\tWeekly sales tracking report
\n\tMonthly Parts performance vs budgets
\n\tMonthly Lubricant performance vs budgets
\n\tMonthly parts export performance vs budgets
\n\tMonthly detailed sales & GP report for trend identification
\n\tMonthly Dealer performance vs Challenge targets
\n\tLocal & Export dealers
\n\tMonthly departmental profitability\u00a0
\n\tMonthly capturing of RB maps from dealers
\n\tSales & stock trend analysis<\/p>\n
Financial controls<\/p>\n
\tSundry credits
\n\tMonthly expenses on incentives and promotions
\n\tLPA initial & periodical buy back provisions vs actuals and balance management
\n\tPurchase orders<\/p>\n
Dealer Challenge targets<\/p>\n
\tAnnual trends analysis
\n\tCompilation at year-end of historical dealer purchase data
\n\tApplication of discussed and agreed growth factor
\n\tDesign and create Challenge letter to all dealers and distribute for evaluation
\n\tReceiving and safe keeping of all signed Challenge letters
\n\tAccurate record keeping as we require 100% signed commitments<\/p>\n

Minimum qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor degree advantageous
\n\tMinimum 2 years aftersales experience
\n\tMinimum 3-5 years parts pricing experience
\n\tBasic Financial understanding
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of\u00a0the organization and dealer network
\n\tAbility to work independently, work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and\u00a0pay close attention to detail
\n\tStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
\n\tExcellent analytical and numerical skills
\n\tBasic knowledge on parts and various parts components
\n\tSelf motivated and driven personality<\/p>\n
