\tAs a Junior Sales Manager you will lead a team of outbound sales agents selling telecommunication products through cold calling. This hands-on role focuses on driving sales, coaching agents, and ensuring performance targets are met, while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) required
\n\tA tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, Compliance, or related fields is highly desirable.
\n\tMinimum of 8 years\u2019 experience in outbound sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in telecom outbound campaigns, with strong knowledge of local connectivity products and market dynamics
\n\tExperience must be gained within the South African market
\n\tClear criminal record
\n\tExcellent Communication skills<\/p>\n
