REQUIREMENTS\u00a0:<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 certificate and NQF 7 qualification in Health Science \/ Social Sciences. A postgraduate NQF 8 in the same fields will be an advantage.
\n\tAt least three (3) years\u2019 experience at an Assistant Director or equivalent level.
\n\tKnowledge of the Public Service Legislation, planning and policy development processes and understanding of the health system.<\/p>\n
DUTIES\u00a0:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate Human Resources for Health Interventions on International Health\u00a0programmes including the implementation of the SADC HRH Strategy and National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS) for compliance with International Health Regulations, development, monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the HRH (Human Resource for Health) strategy at all levels of the health system. Coordinate and support health workforce planning across provinces.
\n\tCoordinate and facilitate planning of the HRH for the health system. Coordinate and facilitate the development of systemic human resources for health policies.<\/p>\n
