Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Cash Control & Accuracy<\/p>\n
\tPerform cash desk duties efficiently while ensuring zero variances.
\n\tFollow daily cash control and banking processes with precision.
\n\tHandle manual transactions accurately when required.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stock Management & Organisation<\/p>\n
\tExecute daily stock procedures to maintain seamless store operations.
\n\tAssist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
\n\tConduct weekly stock counts and maintain storeroom organisation.
\n\tComplete shoe pairing exercises to uphold stock integrity.<\/p>\n
Customer Service & Sales Support<\/p>\n
\tDeliver a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge.
\n\tFoster strong customer relationships by offering personalised service.
\n\tUphold the brand\u2019s luxury standards through professionalism and enthusiasm.\u00a0<\/p>\n
What You Need to Succeed:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 (essential)
\n\t6 months \u2013 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
\n\tA passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement
\n\tFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours\u00a0<\/p>\n
