{"id":11754,"date":"2025-06-14T20:00:35","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T20:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/case-administrator\/"},"modified":"2025-09-11T00:24:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T00:24:23","slug":"case-administrator","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=11754","title":{"rendered":"Case Administrator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n<p>\tRegister new complaints.<br \/>\n\tAssess whether a complaint falls within jurisdiction in terms of the FAIS Act or the Financial Services Ombuds Scheme Act 37 of 2004 (FSOS).<br \/>\n\tAssist and guide complainants in whether their complaint falls within the jurisdiction of the FAIS Act or FSOS Act.<br \/>\n\tExtract the essence of the complaint from available information provided and request additional information where required.<br \/>\n\tRefer complaints that do not fall within the jurisdiction of the FAIS Act and FSOS Act to other relevant entities.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with complainants and financial service providers<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric certificate or equivalent, National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration or related fields, minimum 2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 administrative experience in a similar environment.<br \/>\n\tAn understanding of the legal environment in which the FAIS Ombud\u2019s Office operates, including a good understanding of the FAIS Act, 37 of 2002 and its subordinate legislation.
