What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tAssist, support and advise Regions on all aspects of iBranch Operations
\n\tCommunicate all updates on Policies and Procedures to the Regions
\n\tAssist with marketing, promotions, events and assisting with branding campaigns within the Department from time to time
\n\tEnsuring adequate stock levels of marketing and promotional items within the Regions
\n\tMarket research on potential new sites and arrange with all departments to set up promo\/events (negotiate with different affiliates for sites\/promo etc.)<\/p>\n
Management of ROI on all events\/promotions<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with the Compliance Department (getting the contracts signed and understanding the legal aspect of the contracts)
\n\tReviewing of proposals for all events within the Regions
\n\tAssist with all internal audit queries and liaise directly with the Audit Team \u2013 (Weekend mileage report, vehicle tracker vs. time and attendance and call cycle)
\n\tManagement of all traffic fines and Kazang Masterfile within the Regions (liaise with the relevant departments)<\/p>\n
Daily reporting to Business Partner<\/p>\n
\tMonitoring and analysing of Reports (Promo tracker, PIP, Booster Analysis, Teams Productivity reports, and ad-hoc reports) and providing feedback and recommendations to the regions
\n\tFinance \u2013 Review invoices before the order number is issued and payment is made for promotions\/events. \u00a0Facilitate monthly regional branding payments\u00a0
\n\tMaintaining a database of all branding within regions<\/p>\n

\tSupport regions with training needs and assist with the facilitation and monitoring of the training in the regions
\n\tWill be required to travel from time to time
