\tInvestment Structuring & Capital Mobilisation: Secure co-investment through blended finance models, SPVs, and strategic partnerships with DFIs, banks, and private sector players.
\n\tCapital Raising: Develop and execute capital raising strategies including roadshows, investor engagement, and regulatory due diligence.
\n\tProject Development & Implementation: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from feasibility, procurement, and construction to handover.
\n\tProperty & Asset Management: Manage leases, acquisitions, and urban regeneration projects.
\n\tFinancial Management & Compliance: Ensure alignment with PFMA, budgeting protocols, and effective cost control.
\n\tPeople & Performance Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering talent development, equity, and skills growth.
\n\tRisk & Stakeholder Management: Lead risk mitigation, intergovernmental coordination, and public-private collaboration.<\/p>\n

Minimum Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Education & Certification<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Engineering, the Built Environment, or Project Management.
\n\tProfessional registration and good standing with a recognised statutory or professional body (e.g., ECSA, SACPCMP, or similar).
\n\tFAIS RE1 certification preferred \u2013 demonstrating readiness to operate as a Key Individual in the financial services\u2019 regulatory environment.
\n\tA Master\u2019s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t10\u201315 years\u2019 experience in investment and development
\n\t7\u20138 years in a Senior\/Executive role such as CIDO or CIO
\n\tExperience in urban development, financial structuring, public-private partnerships (PPP), and large-scale project implementation
\n\tProven track record of managing projects in public and private sector partnerships<\/p>\n
