\tTo manage and maintain quality within Fidelity Secure Drive. Maintain and resolve customer related issues. Present and defend Fidelity Secure Drive all fitment related issues where required to contribute daily to our mission of earning the reputation that we provide all our clients and partners with superior quality technology and information supported by first rate service. \u00a0The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tThe job holder is required to manage and maintain all allocated resources.\u00a0
\n\tVehicle cleanliness
\n\tTraffic offences
\n\tRoadworthiness
\n\tTools
\n\tSafekeeping of tools are good and serviced.\u00a0
\n\tStock
\n\tComplete stock take
\n\tResolve all missing stock.
\n\tCell Phone
\n\tDevices are operational. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMonitor data usage.
\n\tUniform
\n\tMaintain uniform.
\n\tEnsure clean and presentable as per Psira
\n\tPerform daily administration and duties to ensure the smooth running of the technical function.
\n\tPerform office administrative function w.r.t filing of registers, updating of database etc.
\n\tComplete on the job coaching
\n\tWith technicians where required
\n\tAttend to all Complaints when required.
\n\tOffer product support onsite and remotely.
\n\tDealing with technical and client queries
\n\tAssist with fitments when required.
\n\tComplete hardware installations to the highest quality and within the required timelines
\n\tRepair, Maintain and Installation of Tracking Systems
\n\tMaintain fitment quality.
\n\tAssist with technical evaluations and repairs. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tImplement new fitment techniques (OEM fitment guideline requirement implementation) Specialized fitment techniques.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that personal hygiene is maintained (as per PSIRA),
\n\tCompany uniform in good condition
\n\tEnsure familiarity and adherence to applicable company policies and procedures. \u00a0
\n\tAttend and take initiative to develop own skills.
\n\tProviding comprehensive feedback to internal role player<\/p>\n
Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tDriver\u2019s license (code B),
\n\tClear Criminal Record
\n\tPsira Grade C
\n\tTrade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferred,\u00a0
\n\tAuto-electricians qualification advantageous,\u00a0
\n\tAt least 6-10 years\u2019 experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
