The Legal administrator will be charged with the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tTranscribing and proofreading legal documents;\u00a0
\n\tFiling, organising, scanning, copying, and faxing legal documents;
\n\tScheduling all legal related dates and client (end-users and stakeholders) meetings;
\n\tOrganize legal office schedules e.g. travel arrangements, meetings and\u00a0submission of claims (including attorneys\u2019 claims
\n\tCoordinate telephone correspondences and in-person;
\n\tCoordinating movement of the memorandum of agreements from SDP unit and CEO\u2019s office;
\n\tEnsuring that constant reminders are sent timeously to all end users regarding looming expiring of contracts.
\n\tGather investigative information as per legal officer\u2019s instruction.
\n\tAny other ad hoc duties falling within the ambit of administration.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements and experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA National Senior\u00a0Certificate
\n\tDiploma in any of the following: Legal Support; Law;
\n\tLegal Assistance and Paralegal Studies.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in legal environment doing any of the following:
\n\tLegal Assistance; Paralegal; Legal support and Legal\u00a0administration<\/p>\n
