In this key leadership role, you will lead the full employment lifecycle while driving the implementation of our People Plan \u2013 aligned with our three strategic pillars: \u00a0Culture, Capabilities, and Continuity.<\/p>\n

Your mission:<\/p>\n
\tAct as a strategic business partner across the full employment lifecycle, supporting local, regional, and sales area teams with expert HR guidance and alignment.
\n\tTake full ownership of the end-to-end payroll function, systems and HR\/payroll processes across multiple legal entities, including the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
\n\tLead people performance, compliance, governance, and reporting in line with external legislation requirements \u2013 such as BBBEE compliance \u2013 as well as internal Sandvik Group standards.
\n\tDrive people-focused initiatives that enable and accelerate the execution of our business growth strategy.
\n\tServe as a cultural ambassador, actively promoting and embedding The Sandvik Way of working while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace culture.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll bring:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in HR generalist management roles, with a strong grasp of both strategic and operational HR functions.
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of the full employment lifecycle, including payroll processing and hands-on experience with HRIS \/ Payroll systems such as Workday and SAGE 300.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and deliver actionable, data-driven insights that support business decisions.
\n\tExceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
\n\tA people-first mindset, with a passion for enhancing the employee experience, driving engagement and supporting capability development.<\/p>\n
