\tOverview As part of the agency\u2019s client lead team and reporting to a Business Unit Director, the Group Account Director is responsible for the client relationship with an identified client team, ensuring delivery against client expectations through deep understanding of the client, the business, the brand and the channels.
\n\tAs Group Account Director, you take all briefs and attend all relevant client meetings.
\n\tSupported by a team of delivery leads who are accountable for ensuring that work happens, the Group Account Director works closely with them and strategy to help our clients achieve their business objectives.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tHold the day-to-day client relationship and manage all communications on your client
\n\tReceive and understand all briefs from clients and ensure they flow promptly and swiftly to the delivery team
\n\tManage and understand client expectations by being a focal point for day-to-day interaction
\n\tBuild and manage client business and relationships
\n\tWork closely with the Project Leads, Strategy and Studio Lead on your client to help deliver to client and agency expectations
\n\tSupport your Business Unit Director in driving and meeting all financial targets
\n\tBe a strategic partner to your clients, enabling you to guide and drive better work, better business conversations, and build business
\n\tMaintain the integrity of the creative strategy and work throughout the campaign
\n\tAbility to manage different personalities and always strive to get the best out of each individual
\n\tKeep abreast of relevant trends in order to add additional value to your client\u2019s business<\/p>\n
Requirements \/ Experience \/ Skill<\/p>\n
\tRelevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Communications
\n\tMinimum 3 years working experience as an Account Director in Advertising Agency (or in a similar environment)
\n\tProficient in MS Office (i.e. Word \/ Excel \/ PowerPoint etc.)
\n\tExperience working on Workbook (advantageous)
\n\tA good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
\n\tStrong presentation skills
\n\tStrong administrative and organisational skills
\n\tStrong numerical skills (financial & budget management experience)
\n\tStrong multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)<\/p>\n
