\n\tIn this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind new business opportunities, responsible for identifying market trends, building strategic relationships, and delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSegment customer base\/needs and perform contact mapping
\n\tTrack monthly customer RAD Plan (Retain, Acquire, Develop)
\n\tImplement growth strategies aligned to brand development objectives
\n\tDrive education and training around device refresh needs
\n\tGenerate and convert sales pipelines, closing deals effectively
\n\tScope and design client solutions
\n\tEngage in and support marketing initiatives
\n\tMeet and exceed sales targets and KPAs
\n\tConduct in-person meetings with customers and vendors
\n\tUnderstand and apply vendor programs and deal registration processes
\n\tProvide external training on vendor products and services
\n\tBuild and maintain strong vendor, customer, and stakeholder relationships
\n\tRepresent as a subject matter expert for Dell, HP, and Lenovo Pro devices
\n\tComplete ongoing certifications and training
\n\tStay up to date on industry trends and product developments<\/p>\n
Experience & Knowledge Required:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years in a logistics-related environment
\n\t3+ years working with sales teams
\n\t3-5 years’ experience in IT Sales (preferably in ICT Distribution)
\n\tExperience engaging with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers
\n\tProven track record in achieving sales targets
\n\tStrong background in customer service and relationship building
\n\tTarget-driven with a high-performance mindset<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (with Mathematics preferred)
\n\tA tertiary qualification or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or IT is an advantage
\n\tProficient in MS Office (Excel with Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, formulas essential)
\n\tStrategic and analytical thinker with excellent execution skills
\n\tStrong communication skills – verbal and written
\n\tComfortable working with numbers and completing business-related calculations<\/p>\n
