Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBTech\/BSc Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering

\n\t5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

\n\tFamiliarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement practices<\/p>\n

\tAssist in deploying MMS\/IWS methodologies across various departments.
\n\tEnsure compliance with established MMS\/IWS standards and procedures.
\n\tProcess Analysis and Optimization<\/p>\n
Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with teams to implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Identifying and executing projects to \u00a0enhance operational reliability within the facility
\n\tSupporting teams in failure investigation and root cause analysis using methodologies such as RCFA, Ishikawa diagrams, and the “5 Whys” approach
\n\tCompiling statistics and conducting Pareto analyses for equipment failures and planned downtimes
\n\tAdopting a proactive approach to holistically addressing emerging challenges
\n\tDriving initiatives to optimize costs and enhance the availability of machinery, equipment, and technological systems<\/p>\n
Training and Development<\/p>\n
\tConduct training sessions to educate staff on IWS principles and best practices
\n\tProvide ongoing support to teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement<\/p>\n
Performance Monitoring<\/p>\n
\tCollect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of implemented systems
\n\tPrepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest corrective actions when necessary<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IWS processes
\n\tSupport the MMS Lead in coordinating improvement projects and initiatives<\/p>\n
