\tFollowing up leads from prospective clients.
\n\tMeeting with local and international filmmakers and reporting back to Senior Management and Manager: Operations.
\n\tBooking in jobs as per clients request.
\n\tCompiling quotes in accordance with client specifications and ensure gear is booked accordingly.
\n\tManaging the quotations process from start to completion.
\n\tPreparing client agreements and ensuring adherence to applicable terms and conditions
\n\tEnsuring all allocations are completed timeously.
\n\tPlanning for gear shortages.
\n\tResponding to relevant client correspondence (emails and phone calls) in a timeous manner.
\n\tLiaising with Production, crew and the operational floor staff to eliminate delays and unplanned changes.
\n\tEnsuring that the generator and operators are booked, as required.
\n\tCommunicating high demand gear to Manager: Operations, based on client feedback.
\n\tWorking with the operational team to plan logistics for hired-in gear or interbranch movement of gear.
\n\tEnsuring that the Rentals invoicing process is complete including missing and damaged equipment\/items.<\/p>\n
