Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMarket Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
\n\tStrategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
\n\tClient Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
\n\tSales Management: Oversee the sales process, including preparing sales contracts, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, and providing after-sales support.
\n\tCollaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
\n\tPerformance Monitoring: Track and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
\n\tNegotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Sales or Marketing, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
\n\tDriver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
\n\tWillingness to travel locally as needed.
\n\tStrong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\n\tProficient in Dynamics CRM and MS Office.
\n\tResults oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients.
\n\tHigh level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
\n\tAdaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tExcellent organizational and time management skills.<\/p>\n
