The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n
\tHave a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a similar qualification
\n\tHave 3-5 years\u2019 experience in an electronics hardware environment
\n\tHave previous experience in PCB design and fabrication
\n\tBe familiar with embedded systems
\n\tHave knowledge of and previous experience working on Linux-based operating systems<\/p>\n
Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tProvide support as required to all SANSA infrastructure\/measuring sites
\n\tPerform installations and maintain instrumentation (including remote sites)
\n\tSource and procure electronic components for unit projects
\n\tWork with Embedded systems, including microcontrollers as well as IoT devices
\n\tHelp develop and assemble custom electronic subsystems for EDA projects.
\n\tProvide electronics support to internal and external clients.
\n\tTraining staff members and students<\/p>\n
