Financial Management & Administration<\/p>\n
\tCompile and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
\n\tManage financial performance to meet targets
\n\tHandle sales logistics, admin, delivery reports, and accounting processes<\/p>\n
Marketing & Sales Execution<\/p>\n
\tConduct market research and analysis
\n\tDevelop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies
\n\tOrganize and participate in demos, customer visits, and advertising campaigns
\n\tHandle pre-selling, sales transactions, and trade-in evaluations<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and update customer database
\n\tProvide after-sales service and manage queries
\n\tOrganize clinics, presentations, and information days
\n\tEnsure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products<\/p>\n
Stock Forecasting<\/p>\n
\tForecast and manage stock per branch
\n\tCoordinate logistics, transfers, and quality control of equipment
\n\tConduct regular stock counts and manage second-hand goods<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial
\n\tAt least 5 years of Relevant sales and marketing experience in agricultural equipment.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tProficient in MS Office and SAP
\n\tFluent in English (Afrikaans an advantage)
\n\tUnderstanding of agricultural equipment, sales, marketing, customer service, financing, and supply chain processes.
\n\tStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management abilities.
\n\tDetail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and effective in conflict resolution.
\n\tWorks well independently and in a team, with professional communication and strong customer focus.<\/p>\n
