NATURE AND SCOPE OF DUTIES<\/p>\n
The scope of the Employee\u2019s duties include; but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\tThe Sales Associate supports the Store Management in meeting sales goals, customer service targets and operating objectives through execution and accountability.
\n\tEnsure store sales goals are met or exceeded.
\n\tIdentify ways to drive sales generation and ensure action is taken to achieve goals.
\n\tSupport, model, and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick for customers and co-workers.
\n\tEnsure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
\n\tRegular attendance and full time commitment are essential functions of the job.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS\/ EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tExcellent customer service skills
\n\tA commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
\n\tBe a fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude
\n\tPrevious experience in a retail environment
\n\tKnowledge of retail computer systems, a plus.
\n\tA strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision
\n\tExcellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
\n\tBilingual is a big plus<\/p>\n
