Description<\/p>\n
\tMaintain cabin crew personnel records;
\n\tAssist with Grooming for the Crew i.e. dress code, hygiene etc;
\n\tProvide administrative support in the updating of manuals and other documents as and when required;
\n\tAssist with capturing Flight Reports and Attendance Registers;
\n\tWork with Human Resources to ensure relevant information is shared and distributed with new cabin crew employment;
\n\tCoordinate new Employee On boarding;
\n\tEnsure integration of all new cabin crew across all departments (i.e. includes all Uniform, parking, issuing of IPad, any Training related documents and rostering requirements);
\n\tPreparation of Documentation, copies of Licenses, Medicals and Certificates for Crew;
\n\tOrganize and coordinate events i.e. Wings Parade;
\n\tFiling of all disciplinary records;
\n\tDaily administration of leave applications;
\n\tContact crew to obtain information i.e. confirmation, sick notes, relevant documents etc;
\n\tCompile meeting minutes;
\n\tAssist with obtaining flight delay feedback from the cabin crew;
\n\tAssist in collecting Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from the cabin crew;
\n\tSupport the recruitment process by scheduling ICFA interviews and reserving a venue for the interviews;
\n\tArrange meetings between cabin crew and assistant managers;
\n\tAssist with tracking late arrivals of cabin crew and obtaining feedback regarding passenger complaints;
\n\tAssist with managing and calculating the cabin crew headcount;
\n\tEnsure compliance as it relates to Flight Operations processes and standards as delegated by Management;
\n\tAssist with implementation of relevant procedures, standards, specifications and guidelines within Flight Operations.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
\n\tRelevant tertiary education (Advantageous);
\n\t1-3 years Administration experience (Essential);
\n\tPrevious operations experience (Beneficial);
\n\tWillingness to work overtime when required;
\n\tFamiliarity with the aviation industry’s structure, including the specific operational context of cabin services and how they support broader airline functions;
\n\tKnowledge of aviation regulations and standards governing cabin crew operations;
\n\tProficiency in administrative practices essential for document management, record-keeping, and report preparation, with an emphasis on meticulous documentation;
\n\tUnderstanding of customer service principles tailored to aviation, balancing the needs of internal stakeholders (cabin crew relations) with external customer expectations;
\n\tProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
\n\tStrong administrative skills;
\n\tPlanning and organizational skills;
\n\tExcellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers;
\n\tGood communication skills;
\n\tExcellent attention to detail;
\n\tAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
\n\tImmaculate time keeping;
\n\tAbility to utilize digital tools for managing communications, documentation, and scheduling.<\/p>\n
