\tA natural communicator\u00a0\u2013 written and verbal \u2013 who listens, connects, and responds with empathy.
\n\tDetail-oriented and accurate, even under pressure.
\n\tComfortable using digital systems, with experience in MS Office and CRM platforms.
\n\tA team player who can also take ownership and run with tasks.
\n\tSomeone eager to grow, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tExperience in customer service, contact centres, or retail is a great advantage (1 year).
\n\tA completed\u00a0Matric (NQF Level 4)\u00a0is essential.<\/p>\n
