Health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Main purpose of the Job:<\/p>\n<p>\tThis role will only require you to work with warm leads and gives you the opportunity to write your own uncapped paycheck<\/p>\n<p>Sales Target<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieve target Conversion rations as per company standards<br \/>\n\tAchieve minimum target number of sales per month as per company standards.<br \/>\n\tComplete accurate and timely sales administration records.<br \/>\n\tSubmit to the Manager all relevant reports, paperwork, and update on all forward sales activity.<br \/>\n\tEnsure additional responsibilities are completed as per business requirements.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and grow existing business by cross selling opportunities.<br \/>\n\tKeep up to-date sales records for all existing and prospective accounts on company IT systems.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that your current customer portfolio is satisfied and that all premiums written are collected within the acceptable parameters (Average Collection rate).<br \/>\n\tAll sales transactions need to be done in accordance with legislative and company standards.<br \/>\n\tComply with company policies and procedures.Follow One Plans standard operating procedures at all time<br \/>\n\tEnsure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive support and active listening<br \/>\n\tEscalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder.<br \/>\n\tProvide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders in order to ensure that the client receives the appropriate service.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders<br \/>\n\tDeliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed<br \/>\n\tMake recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility<br \/>\n\tParticipate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service<br \/>\n\tRespond efficiently, accurately and ensure client feels supported and valued<br \/>\n\tEducate clients on the value of our products and services<\/p>\n<p>Productivity<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieve 390 minutes of call time per day as per company CRM system<br \/>\n\tAchieve 100% productivity measured through achievement of 390 minutes per weekday and 150 minutes per Saturday (twice per month)<\/p>\n<p>Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tAdherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance.<br \/>\n\tEnsure quality scores (both Sales and Wrap Up assessments) do not exceed 10% allowance.<br \/>\n\tCalculated total fails vs total assessments for the month.<\/p>\n<p>Work collaboratively<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild a culture of respect and understanding across the organisation<br \/>\n\tRecognise outcomes which resulted from effective collaboration between teams<br \/>\n\tBuild cooperation and overcome barriers to information sharing, communication and collaboration across the organization<br \/>\n\tFacilitate opportunities to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint solutions<\/p>\n<p>Self-Management<\/p>\n<p>\tFollow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate consistent application of internal procedures<br \/>\n\tPlan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications &amp; Experience required for this position<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 with English and a second language<br \/>\n\tUndergraduate\/Postgraduate qualification in related field advantageous<br \/>\n\tMinimum working experience of 3 year within an Outbound sales call centre environment (essential).<br \/>\n\tFAIS Credits and RE5 is advantageous.<br \/>\n\tPass technical competency tests on all products.<br \/>\n\tDisplay an understanding and knowledge of the product and industry.<br \/>\n\tMeets FAIS Fit &amp;
