\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented, and proactive, Project Support & Operations Specialist to support client engagement, service agreement management, and operational workflows within a dual-function role.
\n\tThis position requires working North America hours and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with more defined processes being developed.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tClient Interaction & Scheduling (50%)
\n\tInterface directly with clients and internal resources to coordinate scheduling and engagement activities.
\n\tManage day-to-day tasks through a ticketing system.
\n\tOperate within a face-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to define, structure, and document new operational processes.
\n\tService Agreement Management (40%)
\n\tOversee 50\u2013150 Recurring Service Agreements, ensuring active tracking and renewal readiness.
\n\tDefine or Redefine the value proposition for all clients who have recurring service agreements.<\/p>\n
Track and analyze:<\/p>\n
\tOpportunities to utilize Recurring Services
\n\tProjects against the Recurring Services Balances including \u2013 remaining balances, expiration dates and renewal cycles.
\n\tConsolidate and centralize fragmented data sources into actionable insights.
\n\tAdministrative Operations (10%)
\n\tHandle a variety of administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
\n\tMaintain and organize process documentation and operational plans.<\/p>\n
KEY COMPETENCIES & TOOLS:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSelf-Starter \u2013 able to define, build, and implement systems from scratch with minimal oversight.
\n\tAnalytical Thinking \u2013 comfortable working with incomplete data and turning it into structured outputs. And combining data from multiple sources into one view.
\n\tProcess-Oriented \u2013 experience defining and streamlining workflows in a fast paced environment.
\n\tDetail-Oriented \u2013 meticulous with tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups.
\n\tExperience with ticketing systems, Power BI, and OpenAir is advantageous.<\/p>\n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\t2\u20134 years experience in project coordination, operations, or service delivery
\n\tExperience working with service agreements, client success, or recurring revenue models
\n\tProficiency in business analysis and reporting tools
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills
\n\tPrior exposure to SaaS or tech-enabled services preferred<\/p>\n
